"What is ADAPT?" Video Released

ADAPT has released a video about our fitness classes. The original idea for this video was to capitalize on the fact that ADAPT is hard to describe to people. Even the people that work at ADAPT, struggle to communicate what ADAPT is to their friends. ADAPT is best described with pictures, not words. This video is an attempt to capture some of the words YOU use to describe ADAPT and show you first hand what some of our fitness classes are like. We hope you like it.
